Congratulations on your weight loss this last year. It amazes me that you can eat all your sweets and still lose weight. As you say, different things work for different people. Happy belated Birthday.

Thanks Snowwhite100. Once I lose more weight, I probably won’t be able to have as many sweets and bread because I won’t be burning as many calories. Praying your grief has diminished some, that your sciatica and back problems are relieved and that your home situation has improved. I haven’t been checking others’ posts lately, so I hope I haven’t missed anything!
