Anyway, I'm off camping and to watch the
Mountain Bike Downhill World Championships so diet and exercise will be sketchy at best😀😀that's OK. I'm ready for the break in routine.

Enjoyed without any regrets, sometimes I consume more calories to keep my metabolism up and then start dieting again so take it as a chance to enjoy and keep fit 😉
