soooo lost a little more fat than i was planning to , not necessarily a good thing . trying to dial it down to a lb a week . i'm going to steady push up the calories a little to get the desired result . todays goal 1800 kcal and its leg day , yaaayyy pain and suffering . If your reading this , stay motivated , awesome and keep going . if your a person looking for a motivational friend or just a really strange person to be in your life - congrats you found me :) . had an up eat today as opposed to tomorrow as i was just feeling the hunger .
