I have been away from this site for a long time and off my woe & wol and I feel like YUCK. But it is my own fault. I do have some type of flu and I had to put my special kitty to sleep this week, but still I am not happy with ME. I need to make some serious changes in my life. I hope being here will help motivate me. I really need to loose at least 40 pounds in 4 months, not sure I can do it, but I will try. Any suggestions?

There's no way I could lose 40 pounds in 4 months. Maybe when I was younger. I aim for a pound a week and I didn't succeed at that last year. I know a few years ago when my doctor wanted me to go on an anti inflammatory diet I did lose 16 pounds the first month. But I wasn't able to stick to the plan it was too hard to do it 100% But I made stir fry with vegetables and chicken almost every day. I do IF and stop eating around 2pm. Good luck.
