What a week this has been. I golfed 18 holes on Wednesday at our new league location. It was hot but there was a good breeze. Thursday I golfed 18 holes at Holiday Hills near Branson Missouri. Now that is a beautiful course. It made for a long day because it is about 40 miles from where I live. I would say that was good exercise. I got a little sunburned, but again there was a good breeze and we got off to an early start before it go too hot. It seems like every day this week I had something to do. I am satisfied with my weight and I am still managing to stay at goal. I love looking at my weight history chart.
