Ugotthis, I did do well at breakfast.I brought a low carb tortilla and had 2 eggs and some berries. Worst thing I had was a sausage link. As far as tips, I follow a pretty healthy WOE and I exercise a lot. I prep lots of snacks bags with vegetables, berries, and portion my food out. I eat very little starch, and my meals mostly consist of a protein and a salad or side of vegetables. I log everything to keep me accountable. 🩷
