Diario de skwhite, 20 ago. 15

Continuing with what will keep me full at breakfast, the butter in the oatmeal did not. Either I need to add more or try the coconut oil. Today i am doing eggs and bacon.

I am thankful that I have Leslie Sansone to do Walk Away the Pounds since being outside more than 5 minutes now has my asthma acting up. The National Guard has arrived in our county to help fight the fires. Yesterday and today it is so thick you can't see past a block. =(

I am bummed because I thought that I had lost .5 only to realize that I gained it. Oh well, I am exercising regularly again and am making good changes so that will change in time.

Be well and breathe some clean air for me!

we've got fires too! 40 out of 56 counties burning...our air is bad...good luck to you! Don't sweat the little gain, you'll lose it! I stepped on my eliptical for the first time in 10 weeks, due to surgery recovery, but mostly due to lack of motivation and excuses...i am Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!

I am so sorry you are struggling with breathing due to the fires! Ewww....bacon and eggs is my favorite breakfast!
