I have nothing to brag about! I am going back to tracking my food intake closer and eliminating all bread and starchy foods. I got a wake up call when I got on the scale this morning and I wont stand for these kind of numbers any more. I keep thinking is must be a scale malfunction, because I haven't had that much to eat, but I know the scale was correct and I need to take action.
