Not really sure how that happened since my only "formal" exercise has been lifting weights, but I will take it. We are heading on vacation soon so and I have the availability to make most of our food. So I have been making lists and making food and freezing it. I am hoping that by doing this I won't gain too much while we are gone. Happy Thursday!!
