75..TGIF..another loss to record goood mornin fs..just got back from one tire burnin ride...had a really fantastic ride..i have to admit..no i wasnt motivated to go ..but knew i had to..i always go thru this each morning after i wake up...my mind is tryin to tell my body you can take the day off..it wont matter..but my body wants to get the weight off..an it knows that a ride helps...so after getting my riding bibs on an getting out the door..i got into the riding zone..as i rode and shifted gears i could tell it was gonna be one heck of a ride..my first hour i was already into 14 miles..so i knew id have a really good ride today...

was haappy to see a loss again today..been tryin really hard..to stay off any food i shouldnt be stickin into my mouth..pretzels is something i keep around the house when im havin a salt need..i can usually have 2-4..but no more ..or i show a gain for the day...

my goal from doing this is to do a 20 mile ride in 1:30 or less

ty erika...i just really enjoy riding..this morning i about hit a possium doing 14 mph..but seen it in my headlight..didnt seen any other animals out walkin the road..seen a guy joggin ..he was hard to see cause he wasnt wearing any reflective clothes...

sometimes you just gotta let your mind say what it wants an remember that your bodys in it to be healthy again..eventually im hopin my mind will decide the bodys right...ty brandy
