Diario de skwhite, 08 jul. 17

I really did not know what to expect with this weigh in, since there was the holiday and all. I will gladly take it. Last night I started changing up some of what I eat and will try that this next week also and see if it makes a difference or not. Still fighting to get that "me" time. Will continue working on it.
