I am not really sure what is going on. I am trying to refocus, darn it! I added in biking this week so I will just keep trying and the tide will turn, I have faith.

Ahh Skwhite & HCB...sometimes easy, often hard...this weight loss thing can sure be frustrating. Wishing you both an easier time going forward, take care!!

Today after I weighed in the notice says "You lost 0.7 lb (0.5 %) since you last weighed in on Saturday 28 Oct 17. You've reached your goal weight." but this isn't exactly true. Today I WEIGH 0.7 lb less than yesterday, I didn't lose .7LB. Here are the last 6 days: 29 Oct 17 149.3 lb Down Reasonably Well 28 Oct 17 150.0 lb Down Reasonably Well 27 Oct 17 150.2 lb Up 100% 25 Oct 17 150.0 lb Down Reasonably Well 24 Oct 17 151.2 lb Up Reasonably Well 23 Oct 17 150.0 lb Up 100% weight changes all the time, depending on when we weigh in, or how much salt we had the prior day, or how much water we drank... and so on.
