Looking great Phil 💪🏻 Who took the pic? Your daughter? 

She's turning into a photographer like her dad! First photo I've posted since I cut my hair.  

I like it nice and clean  

My wife hates it short. I was shaving the sides, but let it grow out a little and started doing a fade. I'm still practicing, sometimes twice a week, don't miss hair brushes, hair ties, or hair everywhere.  

And the consistent purchase. they are inexpensive but they get lost so much it adds up 🙃 

I love racking its good exercise LOL

That was two days ago, 9/24/2019.  

I've always got something to rake up, wood chips, chicken poop, pine straw, mulch, breaking up soil to plaint something, and in 100°+ heat with humidity in the 80%+ range, ugh, it's like big sweat lodge medicine.  

Great haircut! Long hair and hot weather are a pain. 

Hah! caught trying escape the chain gang. I'm down to just tomatoes & watermelons now. the shorter days are taking it's toll! Fall is in the air today. Not so much yesterday 85° 

So far today's weather has been nice, but the afternoon will be a different story, I'm sure.  

WOw - cut off the hair! Happy 7th to your princess,,,,and her dog.

Thanks Sarah & HCB! Lilly's sitting at her computer doing her schoolwork and I was at the sink washing the dog off my hands lol and I was singing Itsy Bitsy Spider, she started squealing telling me to stop that it was embarrassing, she remembers me singing to her when she was little and I was feeding her strawberry banana baby food. She's growing up so fast. I admit, that's a pretty decent pic of me, I've always been a muscular fella.  

Like that strongman look. Makes me wonder what plays in your mind when you now set your mind to bulking up further. High standards. I like that. 

I'm curious how lifting is going to affect the way I look, I might not like the changes. I don't give a rats ass about body fat percentages and all that jazz.  

"I'm curious how lifting is going to affect the way I look" - I take it you aren't working out yet and just focused on diet at the moment? Diet is treating you well. You have a very naturally strong physique. I am pretty sure there is a lot out there for getting stronger and leaner but look natural. I think it is something many strive for since not everyone is an athlete. I am finding how much I don't care for the whole body fat % thing either. Although, that has been a revelation in the last 24 hours. Who know what I will feel once I have had time to sit on the thought. Great job, man!
