Woke at 227.8, down 3.3 from yesterday. Tweaked my lower back somehow over the last two days, so I'm not going to work out this morning. UPDATE: Pork chops at lunch. Weighed 227.9 before dinner, which will be an omelet (reversing my dinner and lunch from yesterday).

What a big drop. Lower back...yeah... tricky. Make sure you rest it. I recommend laying on a flat floor on your back with knees bent. this makes the lower back rest on the floor. My favourite!
