Potato skin's pizza! I love it!! I might be hard pressed to find it in NJ though! I'll make it myself if I can't find it. YUM! 

it's baked potato, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onions and bacon on pizza. and I thought it looked disgusting for years. now, it's one of my top three.  

Looks good! I saw your espresso machine is on the fritz. My condolences!!! I know how hard it is to live without coffee!!! Hope you get it fixed soon and were able to get some elsewhere! ☕☕

it's okay, bear, I have an aeropress for when things happen (or I need to make normal coffee for guests). it's just not quite as strong as my two double-shot lattes. it does work when the power is out, so that's a bonus. :)
