Diario de Debbie Cousins, 28 oct. 22

On a brighter note … today I completed my fourth day in a row of walking 1 mile or more. Two of the days, it was 1.3 miles! Today was actually the highest day, with 2,996 steps. I know it’s a mere pittance compared to some of the exercise strategies y’all have, but it’s progress for me and I feel good about it.

There has been research suggesting that significant benefit begins at about 2500 steps. And consistency is key! I'm sure that number will come up as you keep at it 👍
