Well, damage wasn’t as bad as it could have been, PTL. I had my highest average daily calories at 1,798 this week. The week included one 1,900+ day and a 2,000 calorie day. I had an abundance of holiday sweets, dips, cheeses, and family favorites. Bottom line: I gained 2/10 of a pound. I feel pretty good about that, actually.
Exercise-wise, yesterday was my 50th day of walking 1-1/2 miles, and the 61st day of at least 1 mile. I’m thankful that the Lord has given me the motivation to meet that goal each day for over two months. Thankful also for the glycopyrrolate that makes me not sweat profusely, which makes it a much less miserable endeavor. I’m considering increasing my distance of 2 miles the first of the year.
