I'm a bit scared. I will weigh in this Wednesday and it makes me feel terrified. I've been doing "ok" this month, but past week was "pre" week and I did not do very well...... I was a failure that week.

So.. as you can see, the idea of stepping onto that scale and see that I didn't lose a single gram or worse, that I GAINED weight, is a nightmare.

But I guess there's no other way than to keep forward, even if it takes a lifetime.

Please remember small weight swings are normal even when you are watching every morsel and exercising. These weight swings can be from water weight, certain times of the month for women, slow digestion for that day, etc. Don't get discouraged.

You weigh what you weigh whether you know it or not. The only way to make progress is to see how you are doing. Be brave! Taking measurements is another way to see your progress. Just don't give up. You really want this and you are totally worth the effort! :)
