I'm 33. From Mexico. I'm married with no kids. My husband is fit.
I've always been fat or "chubby". I've never been slim. The smallest size of jeans I've worn is 14, and that was the slimmer I've ever been when I was 15 years old.

I have hypothyroidism. Which makes losing weight a challenge.

My fave exercises are running and jumping the rope. But I have plantar fasciitis, so I stopped doing that and I've been struggling finding an exercise that I like and that can help me lose this huge amount of weight I have.

As you can see I don't have it easy: hypothyroidism + plantar fasciitis = screwed.

I hate diets. I've tried hundreds of them and lost some weight, but then recovered it with a plus. I don't follow diets anymore because they stress me out.

I decided to lose weight for a while. I started with 125.7 kilos. I was huge.

I decided to take care of myself on January 2012. I ate healthier and exercised. I lost 13 or 14 kilos, but then I got stuck in November. I changed exercise, followed diets, and nothing changed. I didn't get to lose a single gram. After months of trying and not getting any result, I just didn't care much about the weight. And I gain a couple of kg.

I downloaded the app just because it looked cool, but with it I decided to give it another try to lose weight. With this site and app I realize what is wrong with my foods, so I'm making adjustments and we'll see if I can lose weight again.

I got down to 108kg, but I let myself go putting excuses over excuses... so I'm back to 120kg. Yeah.... that sucks. I don't wish to be thin, I just want to weight less than 100kg, and to have a better health. After that... we'll see.

So... this is it... my re-start #8,456. This IS THE GOOD ONE, right?
