Some NSVs happening: i have been diligently peddling away on my elliptical since early in the year. (I started verrrry slow.) I have done the dreaded "program 5" for the past two days. It is hiit and a real booty burner! And ready to tackle the next dance in the program i am doing. Also got my "yonanas" machine today so excited to try it!
