I am almost 63 years old. I recently retired and was really looking forward to devoting more time to getting healthy. However, my daughter had a baby this year and now I watch her 5 days a week. It makes it more challenging to cook and exercise. Add in COVID stress and it has not been a good year for my weight. However, I have finally come out of the COVID fog and decided I need to get back to working on my health. I love to work in my garden when weather permits, ride my bike, read mysteries, travel and cook. I'm plenty busy! I eat a low carb diet. I seem to have an intolerance and I didn't realize how carbs effected me until I went low-carb. I have so much more energy and a lot less pain. I don't know anyone else who eats low carb so sometimes it's kind of lonely.
