Finally! after weeks and weeks of being stuck, I get to lose decent numbers!
This week I got my "spark" back. You know, that "something" that gives you the push and motivation to fight and do things right. I've been looking for it for soooo loooong! But I finally got it back. I've been doing just "o-k", but not really trying with my all. But this week I decided to take control and did GREAT.
I reaaaaally, really hope I don't lose my spark. Because it's SO HARD to get it back!

No difference whatsoever, I weight the same 115 kg from the last week. It's ok, I mean, I didn't exercise much, and I didn't ate as well as I should, I didn't ate A LOT, but quality wasn't the best for losing weight.
These days I've been feeling kinda down, I don't feel like doing exercise, working, cooking, anything. I just feel down, with no motivation, no energy. I thought these were part of my PMS, but my period ended about a week ago and I still feel like this.
I want to feel motivated, but just can't. I want to be full of energy and exercise, but I just can't find the strength to keep up. I want to prepare my healthy meals, but I'm just so sick that I don't have enough ME time to relax with my husband: is either cooking, exercising and walking my dogs, or not. I know, I know some will remind me of the "plan ahead" cooking, but I just @#$% hate to cook! Cook for 2 or 3 hours on Sunday just to have "ok" meals on Monday and Tuesday, and then soggy meals for the rest of the week.
I don't know.
My mind is stuck in this "down/off switch", and I just can't turn it on. I can't find something to hold onto and take me out of this mood.

GOD! Thank you!
I lost weight.
I didn't eat well everyday of the week, but I did exercise often so I guess that helped me.
I've noticed that exercise plays a HUGE role in my weight loss. When I exercise often (or daily) I lose weight even when I don't do perfect with my meals.
So, please everybody: DO EXERCISE. Walk, skip the rope, get into a gym, swim, bike, play a sport, run with your dog, aaanything! But do it at least 4 days a week, 1 hour each day.

I'm sad.
I gained weight.
I don't know what happened. I mean,yeah... I overate twice, but the rest of the week was good. I had light meals, drank a lot of water, and didn't eat too much.
My period was over about 3 or 4 days.
So... what's wrong? Why did I gained 300gr?
Right now I feel sooooo down.
