I checked my ketones and I'll be dipped in (you know what) my dip stick shoed at least a 4 in my urine. Is that number okay after just three days?

Nah that is fine. If they get 15 you may worry (but they won't) That is good your body is burning fat and expelling energy. What you want now and what will gradually happen is for your body to use that energy effectively - once that happen you are fat adapted.
