I made beef burgers for dinner, but the beef is so high in calories, arrgh! I supplemented with raw broccoli. I will also be doing 2 hits on the stepper. The gym first thing in the morning.😁

I looked at your food calendar and your beef comes out with a lot of fat which your beef may have had depending on your cooking method
