Dinner was a little late tonight. Gulf shrimp, used the calamari from Sunday’s dinner fiasco🤦🏻♀️( waste nothing) and mussels. Could not get myself to bust out the scallops I planned in my head. Brody had shrimp over fettuccine with herbs and spices.

Mussels sautéed alone in Kerrygold butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic ( light) and some basil. Shrimp and calamari in another pan with minced garlic, lemon juice and Kerrygold butter, basil, old bay, sea salt and pepper. Zucchini noodles, Kerrygold butter, sea salt and pepper. Topped all plates with more basil. Topped my husbands and mine off with Dukkah and a pinch of Caribbean Jerk seasoning.
