I hope this post finds everyone well. I completed my senior shopping today. I decided to test my self, I intentionally made my self run from one end of the store to the next over seven times. Youza!!!! I started my squats at 6:30. I will check in before bed. I was also very surprised to step on the scale today. I tried to up my food today because I do not want to lower my exercise.
