Diario de Alnona, 13 abr. 18

i know there are no excuses but I've gained back every pound of last years weight loss. Feb 23rd has changed everything. My Pop fell and broke his neck and the last seven weeks have been back and forth to the hospital then rehab then back to the hospital. 40 miles one way. My Mom has copd on oxygen 24/7 and is prone to falls. I've forgotten what my husband looks like never mind the gym. I'm venting and for that I apologize. Food choices are good at the hospital but my will power went south. All my exercise routines followed the will power. I am so tired by the end of the day that I just crash. I am getting back on my regiments and I will see if I can keep them up. Thnx for listening.

stress can be a real ego buster. u need ur strength now. u need to take care of you, without you then everything will wither.. in a weeks time u should b feeling better and more energetic.. i remember that feeling. ugh. i dont miss that exhaustion. lack of energy.. u got this.. #HUGGZZ

I've been there in my own way. No apologizing needed for that here IMO. Be proud of yourself for getting back to your plan. Just take little steps in in that direction one day at a time. As Poison1vy said, u gots this!
