rosio thank you sweetie and I dont want to fall into the same pattern lose the weight ..gain the weight back by the New Year.its easy now but I always keep the lbs off during the nice weather its fall and winter that get a hold of me...hope I have it completely down by then...;)

Nice to see you! Thank you for the support and glad to hear you are enjoying the outdoors. Love getting a tan - I have Hispanic and Irish roots, so I tan well and also get freckles.

Abbadabba...yes I tan well its the Hungarian from grandmothers side...I have the blonde hair from the German side so people would think I would have fair skin but I dont....I also have Irish roots so we are related ha ha ...hope your week is great my friend;)

Glad to see you pop in occasionally! Miss seeing your posts, but enjoying life in the real world is definitely more important! Glad the hubs is doing well and enjoying low carb. Just wish mine would get on board. It's got to be his choice, tho. Thought of you yesterday as we rode through Cherokee.
