Thank you! Crashtestddawnie I feel fine, today I broke my fast at 37 hours with a glass of water with a pinch of baking soda, 30 minutes later I started eating plain oatmeal with a banana, then watermelon, grapes, 4 vanilla wafer cookies , decaf coffee, coffee creamer , chamomile tea. That was breakfast and snack, then my lunch was eggs , low calorie tortillas and avocado, I exercised 30 minutes after lunch, dinner was chicken breast, rice and salad, chocolates. I feel good.

I might try that out on a day I don’t work. I’ve read that it is very beneficial.

I started a dry fast yesterday evening I think I can not fast many hours like you, but I will fast 22 hours, I hope to lose more water after all this😓😯

This one was my second whole day fasting, it's not that hard to skip dinner too, you don't really feel hungry, everything is in your mind and nose, I was meal prepping yesterday at lunchtime(chicken breast and rice with vegetables), and my husband's dinner was pork chops, fried okra, fried cornbread, Gravy, purple hull peas.The food smelled soo good 👃☹😭

I told my husband that I had eaten, so he saved me gravy and cornbread for yesterday's lunch, I had to put it on the trash 😓💔, I don't want to eat fried food after a dry fasting day.

Wow 😲. Great job! Have you ever used Vick’s under your nose to avoid smells? A vet I know uses it during surgeries and I use it when I know I’ll be around food smells that make me nauseous. Vick’s saved me a lot of morning sickness when hubby was on his bacon and sausage kick! Cooked it daily at odd times because he wanted some and the house held the smell for days! Even now, after having my oldest 13 years ago, the smell will sometimes get to me. Vick’s to my rescue!

Peeperjj, that is a great idea, thank you soo much! ❤❤ I will use it from now on , because when you are fasting or trying to be on a calorie deficit everything smells so good lol. Even, my son's favorite cookies and I don't really love those cookies. Although if you see my food diary you are going to find "Ahoy! Chocolate chip cookies! I hate when that happens 😐haha

Lol I avoid cookies like the plague mostly. I like them so much I binge eat yet they are something I can avoid altogether if I don’t see them. You would see a lot of snickers and hard candies in my food log lol. I’ve found that I’m less hangry and restricted if I add stuff like that in daily or several times a week. Yw for the suggestion. I figured if it could keep out bad smells then it could keep out good ones too. However the smell of Vick’s is so good that I sometimes get hungry for hard candy (mints) while using it.

Actually I like Vicks too,I started using it yesterday 😁, I don't binge eat cookies too often but I get mad when I eat food that I don't really love(waste of my valuable calories😒) my weakness are chocolates and all the food when I am fasting haha
