I am having a tough time keeping below goal. I thought I was eating light, but the scale says NO! Today I am trying harder to get back below goal. It looks like I will never be able to eat more than 2 meals a day and stay at goal. I have my lunch figured out and posted and I know I will stick to it. I have a dinner planned out also. Apparently I have been consuming too many carbs so I am cutting back some more.
