I do. I only record on days I've lost. Might be silly but it helps me more to see a lower weight every week than the up and down everyday (my weight can fluctuate 5-6 pounds easily)

I'm with Bunnyslave, I do record some ups but try to record loss for motivation. Not fooling anybody, but I too go up and down...a bad day can make me hold water and weigh up to 4lbs more.
