Yep probably from working out and water. We will see🤗💪 just going to keep with my WOE and workouts and keep my water up☺️ I can’t help what the scale does brother when I’m doing everything right☺️💪💦💦💦💃🏻💃🏻 Hoping for a whoosh🙌🙌 should be a nice one soon!! I’m fighting tooth and nail not to get above the 200’s. I almost did by a freakin ounce. Now for sure, had I done a night weigh in it would have been but that’s an all day increase in volume so I stick with my morning weigh ins. 😉 just keeping with my daily ☺️☺️💪💪☀️☀️💜💚

Can feel your struggle. I have been following a strict plan and staying way below my recommended calorie count and still not seeing a drop in my scale. Gets frustrating. Keep up the fight.

Just keep going! I am in the same boat as you but I keep focused on that I feel better than I did. And eventually, SOMETHING has to happen! Lol
