Yay met my first goal. 50 pounds lost since coming back to FS and 80 pounds total. I feel so much better than I did at over 300 pounds. Easier to move and back & knees much less pain. Onto my next goal which I will set at 199 pounds.

That is great work. It may seem slow and it is very slow for me as well. But the alternative is to gain . . . For once I am taking slow loss as good. Keep it up!! One day at a time.
