Staying the same the last 10 days - that is fine for now.

I am getting back on track with carbs for August - trying to stay around 20 TOTAL carbs per day and around 8%-9% of total macros. That worked well in June so hopefully it will push me back to loss. I also did 18:6 intermittent fast today - smaller eating window.

Sometimes we stabilize in weight for a while before heading back down which I'm sure you know already. Keep at it, you've done great and I'm sure if any tweaking is needed you'll figure out what you need to do. Part of the journey. :)
