See what happens when you are completely on plan? Yes, I said I wasn't going to weigh until Monday, but I needed motivation to get me through the weekend. Now that I have lost a couple more pounds, I am at Motivation City!
I am not going to spoil the momentum by having a wild day Saturday or Sunday.
At bowling last night they had a "cake" day and I turned it all down and had a diet soda. I didn't even feel it because I think I was into the low carb so well that the cravings diminished.

Way to go! I refuse to leave my meal options in other peoples hands anymore. They're having cake? Great! I'm bringing hot wings and guacamole. Bet they'll want some of mine, too bad, me and you can share, though. :D

Thanks for the supportive comments. I love hot wings and guacamole. Getting the cravings to go away was a big deal for me. I have a sweet tooth. When I am out doing something, I don't think about what's to eat. A person just needs to keep their mind busy on other things.
