Im disappointed with one pound drop, but no remorse or guilt as I know I gave it 100%. I'll chalk it up to the body fluctuations. I actually had a great week, finishing up my tax returns and expecting a nice refund. Got a new haircut. Saturday was a beautiful day and I went for a walk. Wishing for a break in this weather. Visited with my in-laws on Sunday. It was a fun day catching up with everyone since Christmas. Love those family get togethers. The family pictures were a nice reminder that I'm still wearing 3X even though I'm feeling sleek and slender.
35 down a ton to go....have a fun week my FS buddies. Sarah

A one pound loss is thrilling, really. Just stick with it. I'm down almost 80 pounds and it happened about 3/4 of a pound at a time. You are doing just great. Looking forward to celebrating your next weigh-in with you!

Going back to just November I was doing only a mile or two a week right about that time I guess thanks kicked in and I started going one hour a day and now I'm up to like 3 hours today trying to increase the pace currently doing less than 17 minute miles so it built up pretty quickly I'm in bed by 9:30 as I don't have children now and I'm up before 6 o'clock so I get the first two hours done before most people are out the door

Sarah don't worry about how far you have to go take each day for what it is have fun with it you are definitely going in the right direction 30-plus pounds is nothing to sneeze at and there are so many people who wish they could do even half that so you are in the role of someone to look up to keep up the good work make sure you get your tape measure out because a lot of times when the scale does not want to cooperate and show their numbers your body will still be showing the drop in inches
