Diario de DO N OK, 02 abr. 18

Well back from Vacation.Yes I did put on a few #s, and Yes did not follow Keto, and Yes I did indulge in foods I don't normally eat, and yes still under goal, The reason I was under goal was so if I wanted something I could eat it and not feel guilty..So back to to work outs , back to spin classes and hopefully the extra weight will fly off, and yes, back to Keto...So Keto on and I'm Do N Ok !!!
89,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 103,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 0 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Im back from my vacation too..yep... I was lazier in my Zumba... and yep yesterday I tried to stay on plan and under 20 carbs...well my intake was still lower carb but not keyo...it went above the allotted amount..so my friend scooch over.... this girl needs to be right along with you in keto and exercise..have a productive day;)

Went to Mexico in March and I stopped doing Keto. I was off of it for two weeks and gained 5lbs. It was all over within the week! It’s mostly water weight!!!! You’ve got this, you only live once and it’s important to indulge yourself sometimes!

Question for you guys!! How do you cheat? Doesn’t it make you feel horrible? If I eat or drink boy ow boy am I paying for it. Headache, stomach... how do you do it??? ,

@tami Metheny, I never ever call it a cheat day !!! Its a Carb Reload Day !!! So Nay don't feel guilty as it is usually happens on Vacations !!! You have to live and enjoy life and some foods, just not all the time , for me that is, as I have no full factor !!!I don't even buy foods , that don't fit into my life style for home, but at work, many, many temptations..And I'm DO N OK !!!
