Diario de Debbie Cousins, 16 jul. 19

Started the week off yesterday with a one-mile swim - no small task while entertaining a 3-year-old and an 8-year-old who were vying for my attention. My neck and shoulders are feeling it this morning. I've had a hard time getting my water in lately, and my bowels are NOT being the most cooperative part of my body! When I eat junk food all day, I have one or two BM's a day, like clockwork. I am VERY tempted to have a bowl of oatmeal with raisins and pecans this morning, as that meal usually gets things moving.

How did you swim that far with kids at the pool. Am assuming maybe someone was helping watch them.
