Thank you 💋 and wifey 🤗☺️☺️ my middle and hubby were so ecstatic over it 😋 oil, onions... red or yellow, I snuck in my tumeric of course, garlic, sea salt and pepper, ground beef, sage and basil 🌿 . When browned added a low sodium taco seasoning and mixed in jalapeños. Let cool. In a mixing bowl did 8 eggs ( I actually did 2 casseroles, family of 5, my lil won’t eat it but my hubby and 12 year old son, 20 year old daughter, myself will because leftovers are delicious and I love sending food to my parents and nieces, uncle, BIL.

Steak seasoning, cilantro....a lot of cilantro, paprika, chili powder, and cayenne. I get distracted too easily 🤦🏻♀️.

After it’s seasoned and browned, let cool, then mix in the egg mix of garlic and heavy whipping cream. Leave in the skillet appropriate for baking or put in casserole dishes and top with Mexican cheese, more cilantro, cayenne, paprika and jalapeños to taste, or whatever you like. Thanks friends 🤗☺️ It was soooo banging and easy to make. If you can follow my distracted directions 😂😂 You can do this any way you want by adding in more ingredients or use different spices 🤗 Ooh could probably do a cheesy hamburger version with pickles😳🙌💃🏻💃🏻 I might try that!!
