Well, 1st day in the Keto bag and I did not make the 30. I wound up consuming 48. I'll do better tomorrow.

You also may need a bit more fat. especially right now in the beginning as you are trying to transition to ketosis burning

Exercise of some kind can also help deplete your glycogen you have stored up which will help get things moving.
