Writing between sets of crunches... LoL I was asked recently if I was doing my crunches correctly(given the shear size if my abdomen) (rude, right) so I sat on the the bench and did some for him....guess what, he can't do what I can😂. I start with 10, 15, 20 then 25. I do 5, 10, 15 then 20 leg lifts then 50 squats the 15 to 20 min on the stepper. I adjust each day.
