Diario de Debbie Cousins, 28 ene. 20

Gave myself a "Reasonably Well" for following my WOE yesterday - was on target with my Net Carbs, Fiber and Fats, but went over on my Calories. Everything I ate was good choices, though, so I'm not beating myself up about it (as I have a tendency to do when I don't follow my plan PERFECTLY. Today is starting out to be a good day! Scale was down a pound from yesterday, for which i'm thankful. I feel more energetic. Realized from my Stepz app that I can actually get in 2/10 of a mile by just walking a loop inside my house several times. Did that once already, and plan on doing it several more times today, as well as possibly walking outside. Hope everyone has a GREAT day today!
